Support Groups

At The Neighborhood, we believe healing happens in connection. Our support groups offer a safe, welcoming space to share experiences, build coping skills, and feel less alone in what you’re carrying.

Groups are led by trained mental health professionals and designed to support growth, community, and meaningful change.
